Professional Experience & Education

Dan’s investment banking experience is primarily focused on M&A, equity capital markets and leveraged lending transactions in the middle-market. Dan has advised on more than 40 completed transactions involving a variety of sponsor-owned, publicly traded and privately held companies across several different industries, with a primary focus on the Machinery & Equipment sector. Prior to joining Baird in 2011, Dan was with Baker Tilly Capital where he worked on numerous M&A and transaction advisory services engagements.

Dan received a bachelor’s degree in commerce and finance from the University of Toronto and received an MBA, with distinction, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he was a Baird Scholar.
