Matt Gailey is a Director in Baird's Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group focusing on advising  Healthcare clients on all aspects of the capital raising process. He is responsible for the origination and execution of all equity-linked transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, PIPEs and at-the-market (ATM) programs. Professional Experience & Education  

Prior to joining Baird in 2014, Matt was a Corporate Finance Analyst with Northern Trust in Chicago. Over the course of his career, he has completed hundreds of equity transactions and advisory assignments for clients in the Healthcare, Industrial and Real Estate sectors. 

Matt received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he was a Baird Scholar.
