Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2025, Kyle was a Managing Director in the Global Industrial Group at Goldman Sachs, with a focus on serving middle market clients in the Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Logistics sectors. Kyle’s transaction experience spans a diverse range of public and private M&A, equity and debt capital markets, activism / shareholder defense and other strategic advisory assignments for private equity, corporate and family-owned businesses. In addition to 15 years of investment banking experience, Kyle was a member of the leadership team at a venture-backed artificial intelligence natural language generation software company serving corporations and the U.S. intelligence community, prior to its strategic sale.

Kyle received a bachelor’s degree in economics with a pre-medicine concentration from the College of the Holy Cross.

Outside the Office

Kyle remains active outside of finance, including having served as a member of the Corporate Leaders Program of the Council on Foreign Relations and as a Board member of the Friends of Rose Park, in Washington, D.C.
