Unison Receives Majority Investment From Madison Dearborn Partners
Summary
Unison (the “Company”), a portfolio company of Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG), has signed a definitive agreement to receive a strategic majority investment from funds affiliated with Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC (“MDP”). The transaction is anticipated to close in the third quarter of 2022 and financial terms were not disclosed.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Unison on this transaction.
