K2 Receives Investment From Inflexion
Summary
K2 Partnering Solutions, Inc. (“K2” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Inflexion, has agreed to be reinvested in by the Inflexion Buyout Fund VI. Inflexion will help support the Company’s next phase of growth. The proposed transaction is expected to close subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Terms of the proposed transaction are undisclosed.
