EMPOLIS acquisition by proALPHA

Summary

EMPOLIS Information Management GmbH (“EMPOLIS”), recently announced that it will be acquired by proALPHA Business Solutions GmbH (“proALPHA”). The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to the selling shareholders on this transaction.
