Summary

Goddard Systems, Inc. (“GSI” or “the Company”), the franchisor of The Goddard School and a portfolio company of Wind River Holdings (“Wind River”), has agreed to be acquired by Sycamore Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Goddard Systems, Inc. on this transaction.
