Summary

Soluciones Netquest de Investigación, S.L.U. ("Netquest” or the "Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of NielsenIQ ("NIQ”), a portfolio company of Advent International, L.P. ("Advent International” or "Advent”) and KKR, has recently been acquired by Bilendi S.A. ("Bilendi”) (EURONEXT: ALBLD). Bilendi announced the completion of the acquisition of Netquest following the fulfillment of the usual closing conditions on 3rd February 2025. The transaction will be consolidated into Bilendi's accounts, commencing 1st February 2025. Terms of the transactions have not been disclosed.

Baird served as an advisor to NIQ on the transaction, alongside Arcano Partners, an independent financial advisory and asset management firm based in Spain. Baird and Arcano have an exclusive alliance to deliver best-in-class combination of local execution and global M&A expertise capabilities to leading businesses in Iberian region.
