Strada Services, Inc. (“Strada” or the “Company”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Trilantic Capital Management L.P. (“Trilantic North America”). Trilantic North America-managed funds were invested alongside current owners and management to acquire Strada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Strada on this transaction.
