Sila Services (“Sila” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”), has recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Goldman Sachs Alternatives (“Goldman Sachs”). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
