Summary
CCM Hockey (“CCM” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. (“Birch Hill”), recently entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Altor Equity Partners (“Altor”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
