Summary

Intact GmbH ("Intact” or the "Company”), a portfolio company of IMCap Partners ("IMCap”), has sold a majority stake to CGE Partners ("CGE”) and Five Arrows. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Intact and IMCap on this transaction.
