Summary
Paine Schwartz Partners (“PSP”) partnered with management and made a new platform investment in Registrar Corp ("Registrar”). PSP acquired its position in Registrar from Bertram Capital Management, LLC (“Bertram Capital”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Paine Schwartz Partners on this transaction.
