V2X Completes $96.0 Million Follow-On Offering
Summary
V2X, Inc. (“V2X” or the “Company”) (NYSE: VVX), a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners (“AIP” or the “Selling Stockholder”), recently completed a secondary public offering of V2X’s common stock (the “Offering”). The aggregate size of the Offering was 2,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $48.00 per share. The Selling Stockholder has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholder. V2X is not selling any shares of common stock in the Offering and V2X will not receive any proceeds from the Offering by the Selling Stockholder.
Baird served as an active bookrunner on the Offering.
