LinQuest Corporation (“LinQuest” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners (“MDP”), has announced its acquisition by KBR, Inc. (“KBR”) (NYSE: KBR). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
