Summary

Aeyon LLC (“Aeyon” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has announced its acquisition by CGI Federal Inc. (“CGI Federal”), the wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc. (“CGI”) (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
