Summary

Bain Capital Private Equity (“Bain Capital”) has agreed to acquire Guidehouse (the “Company”), a portfolio company of Veritas Capital (“Veritas”) in a transaction valued at $5.3 billion. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
