Summary

Alexander Mann Solutions (“AMS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital ("New Mountain"), completed a debt financing (the “Financing”) to refinance existing debt and fund a shareholder distribution. The Financing consisted of a first-lien term loan and a revolving credit facility.
