Impact XM (the "Company”), a portfolio company of Peninsula Capital Partners, LLC (“Peninsula Capital Partners”) and Acharya Capital Partners, LLC (“ACP”), has been acquired by The Riverside Company (“Riverside”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Riverside Company is a global investment firm focused exclusively on investing in leading companies in the smaller end of the middle market. Riverside currently has more than 150 active portfolio companies across its platform, and since its founding in 1988 has completed more than 1,000 investments. The firm is co-headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio and New York, New York with the investment team on the transaction based out of Los Angeles.
