SmartSign (the “Company”), a portfolio company of Norwest Venture Partners (“Norwest”), has announced its sale to Sentinel Capital Partners (“Sentinel”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the lead financial advisor to SmartSign on this transaction.

Sentinel is headquartered in New York, New York.
