Funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) (“Ares”) have acquired a significant equity stake in Interstate Waste Services (“IWS”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Ares on this transaction.
