Summary

Sunbelt Solomon (“Sunbelt Solomon” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Trilantic North America (“Trilantic”), recently completed a secured debt financing (the “Financing”). The Financing consisted of a senior term loan, revolving credit facility, and delayed draw term loan facility. Sunbelt Solomon will use the proceeds of the Financing in connection with the transfer of the business into a Continuation Vehicle.

Baird served as the exclusive debt advisor to Sunbelt Solomon on this transaction.
