Accela, Inc. (“Accela” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners (“Berkshire”), has received a strategic growth investment from Francisco Partners (“Francisco”). Berkshire will remain a significant investor with an equal equity holding in Accela. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
