Industrial Physics Holdings, LLC (“Industrial Physics” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Union Park Capital (“Union Park”), has signed an agreement to be acquired by KKR. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and the transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Industrial Physics on this transaction.
