Summary

Process Sensing Technologies (“PST” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Battery Ventures (“Battery”), has received a majority investment from AEA Investors LP (“AEA”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to Process Sensing Technologies on this transaction.

PST is a global provider of instruments, sensors and software for precision measurement and remote monitoring of critical process parameters, including humidity, moisture, oxygen and trace gas impurities.
