Frontier Waste Is Acquired by Concentric Equity Partners and Summer Street
Summary
Frontier Waste Holdings (“Frontier” or “the Company”), a portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital (“Blue Sage”) and Trailcreek Capital Group (“Trailcreek”), recently announced its sale to Concentric Equity Partners (“CEP”) and Summer Street Capital Partners (“Summer Street”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CEP, founded in 2003, is a private equity investment firm based in Chicago, Illinois. CEP invests its own capital, which gives it the flexibility to take a long-term approach when needed. As a family office, CEP can provide capital and strategic advisory to leading middle market companies to accelerate growth and to create long-term value.
Summer Street, founded in 1999, is a Buffalo, New York-based private equity firm. Summer Street invests alongside talented managers, bringing capital and other resources to support acquisitions, aggressive growth strategies, management buy-outs, family transitions, corporate divestitures and recapitalizations.
