Insurvia Completes Debt Financing to Support LFA Acquisition
Summary
Insurvia, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital (“Gemspring”), recently completed a secured debt financing (the “Financing”) in support of its acquisition of La Familia Agency, LLC (“LFA” or the "Company"). The Financing consisted of a senior secured term loan and revolving credit facility.
Baird served as the exclusive debt advisor to Insurvia on this transaction.
