Hovis Holdings Limited (“Hovis” or the “Company”), a company jointly owned by The Gores Group LLC (“Gores”) and Premier Foods plc (“Premier Foods”), was recently acquired by Endless LLP (“Endless”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
