Summary

Wicked Cool Toys Holdings, LLC (“WCT” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by Jazwares, LLC (“Jazwares”), a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital Corporation (“Alleghany Capital”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
