Blue Point Capital Partners (“Blue Point”) recently secured debt financing (the “Financing”) in support of its acquisition of YS Garments, Inc. (d/b/a Next Level Apparel) (“Next Level” or the “Company”). The Financing consisted of a first-lien term loan and a revolving credit facility.
