Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. (“Mitchell & Ness” or the “Company”), a division of adidas AG (FWB:ADS), has been acquired by a newly formed entity primarily owned by Juggernaut Capital Partners (“Juggernaut”).
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co.
