Summary
ENVE Composites (“ENVE” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Amer Sports Corporation (“Amer”) (HLSE: AMEAS). The acquisition accelerates Amer’s cycling business, especially in the United States and provides further expansion opportunities internationally.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to ENVE Composites, LLC on this transaction.

ENVE designs, engineers and manufactures high-end carbon fiber wheels, components, frame parts and accessories for road and mountain biking.
