Hillerich & Bradsby, Co. (“H&B” or the “Company”) recently sold the global brand, sales and innovation rights of Louisville Slugger to Wilson Sporting Goods Co. (“Wilson”), a division of Amer Sports Corporation (“Amer”) (HLSE: AMEAS).

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hillerich & Bradsby, Co. on this transaction.
