Summary

Centralis Group Holdings S.a.r.l. ("Centralis” or the "Company”), a portfolio company of CBPE Capital LLP (“CBPE”), has recently announced its sale to HGGC, LLC ("HGGC”). This transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
