KinderCare Learning Companies, Inc. (“KinderCare” or the “Company”) (NYSE: KLC), a portfolio company of Partners Group AG (“Partners Group”), recently completed an initial public offering of 27,600,000 shares of common stock, including 3,600,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, at a public offering price of $24.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of $662.4 million to KinderCare. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its existing indebtedness and pay expenses.
