Summary

Preparis, Inc. (“Preparis” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of LLR Partners, Inc. (“LLR Partners” or "LLR"), has agreed to be acquired by Mitratech Holdings, Inc. (“Mitratech”), a portfolio company of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“Ontario Teachers'”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Preparis on this transaction.
