Summary

Arsenal Capital Partners (“Arsenal”) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Knowtion Health (“Knowtion”), a portfolio company of Sunstone Partners (“Sunstone”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as financial advisor to Arsenal on this transaction.

This deal represents the 58th revenue cycle management transaction for Baird's Healthcare IT & Services practice.
