Total Fleet Solutions, Ltd. (“TFS” or the “Company”), a division of OnPoint Group, LLC (“OnPoint”), a portfolio company of Harvest Partners (“Harvest”), has recently announced its sale to Southfield Capital (“Southfield”). The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to TFS on this transaction.
