Revelyst, a segment of Vista Outdoor Inc. (“Vista Outdoor”) (NYSE: VSTO), has announced the sale of Fiber Energy Products (“Fiber Energy”) to Lignetics, Inc. (“Lignetics”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
