Summary

Trachte, LLC (“Trachte”), a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners (“Palladium”), recently announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by nVent (NYSE:NVT) for $695 million. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Baird served as a financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Trachte on this transaction.
