Summary

Chameleon Consulting Group (“Chameleon”) has merged with Clarity Innovations (“Clarity”), a portfolio company of Capitol Meridian Partners (“Capitol Meridian”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Chameleon on this transaction.
