Summary

Crosman Corporation (“Crosman”), a division of Velocity Outdoor, Inc. (“Velocity Outdoor”), a subsidiary of Compass Diversified (“CODI”) (NYSE: CODI), sale to Daisy Manufacturing Company (“Daisy”), a portfolio company of BRS & Co. (“BRS”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Velocity Outdoor on this transaction.
