All Aboard America! Holdings (“AAAHI” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Tensile Capital Management (“Tensile”), has recently announced its sale to Kelsian Group (“Kelsian”) (ASX: KLS) for $325M. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
