Summary

RoboVent Acquisition, Inc. (“RoboVent” or the “Company”), a subsidiary of Rensa Filtration, Inc. (“Rensa”), which is a portfolio company of The Edgewater Funds (“Edgewater”) and Duchossois Capital Management (“Duchossois”), has been acquired by Nederman Holding AB ("Nederman ")(OM: NMAN).

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rensa Filtration, Inc. on this transaction.
