Summary

Parata Systems (“Parata” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners (“Frazier”), has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Becton, Dickinson and Company (“BD”) (NYSE:BDX) for $1.525 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as lead financial advisor to Parata on this transaction.
