Hillman Solutions Corp. (“Hillman” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HLMN), a portfolio company of CCMP Capital Advisors, LP (“CCMP”) and Oak Hill Capital (“Oak Hill”), recently completed a secondary public offering of 14,950,000 shares of its common stock, including 1,950,000 shares of the Company’s common stock sold pursuant to full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares from the selling shareholders, at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. Hillman will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Baird served as an active bookrunner on this offering.
