Summary

Crown World Mobility (“CWM” or the "Company") has announced the merger of its U.S. mobility operations with Corporate Relocation International (“CRI”), a portfolio company of ShoreView Industries. The partnership between CWM and CRI not only gives CWM’s clients a solid model for domestic relocations, but gives CRI’s customers access to CWM’s significant global network outside of the U.S. This alliance brings to market an optimal solution for both U.S. domestic and global mobility services to corporate employers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CRI’s customer base includes large and midsized companies in a wide variety of industries located throughout the United States. CRI was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Carrollton, Texas.

ShoreView Industries is a private equity firm specializing in engineered products, distribution, industrial services, business services and niche consumer products. ShoreView Industries strategy is to partner with management teams to improve the operating profitability and strategic value of their businesses. ShoreView Industries was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
