EverWatch Corporation (“EverWatch” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has been acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. (“Booz Allen”) (NYSE: BAH). The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
