Summary

Education Solution Services (“ESS”), a portfolio company of Nautic Partners (“Nautic”), has been acquired by The Vistria Group (“Vistria”). ESS shareholders and Nautic will retain minority equity stakes in the business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the lead financial advisor to Education Solution Services on this transaction.
