EET A/S (“EET” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of FSN Capital (“FSN”), was recently acquired by Pamplona Capital Management (“Pamplona”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The completion is subject to approval by antitrust authorities.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to FSN Capital and other shareholders.
